Rules and Regulations
Each Entrant submitting an entry represents and warrants that:
-They have all the necessary rights to enter the Competition and have their entry displayed on the Website.
-The entry does not contain or infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, personal rights (image, intimacy, publicity) or any other intellectual property rights of any third person or entity.
The photo(s) must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame.
Violators will be removed from the contest, stripped of any prize(s), and banned from entering future contests.
The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entries will be judged by the Hispanic Women Photographers (HWP) through an appointed external juror panel.
All decisions are final.
HWP reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
Submission of Entries
Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel.
Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
The selected photographers will be contacted via the email address provided during entry.
If no response is received after [five] business days, a new photographer will be selected and the previous photographer will forfeit all rights to the selection.
All entrants must be able to supply a high resolution image suitable for printing in media.
Uses of the images
By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by Hispanic Women Photographers for promotion purposes exclusively related to Hispanic Women Photographers and its activities, including specifically the Competition.
If that was the case the photographer will always be credited.
By entering the contest, entrants agree to be part of the Index of (HWP) of potential photographers that can be announce in social media.
